I've had 7+ years of diverse experiences in NYC, starting out as Art Director / UI designer, and now focused on UI/UX Fintech. I’ve worked in both startups and corporations, with experience in in-house and agency environments. Prior to my work experiences, I graduated from Syracuse University in Communications design and entrepreneurship. I started my career in NYC as an Art director in couple top ad agencies doing visual design, UI, and a lot of branding work. I wanted to be more product-focused and completed the part-time UX course from General Assembly while working full time. I transitioned into tech/product soon after. I worked full time and freelance with multiple startups doing UI/UX design (full time in a media-fintech startup and freelance on variety other quirky projects on the side). Then I did UI/UX consulting at Cognizant for multiple fintech projects at one of the big four audit firms. I've worked in-house at UBS on high-net-worth fintech projects for investment banking clients as well. Currently I'm working with a blockchain startup part time and traveling a bit.
